A: Smart Fx Series is available exclusively at the official Polarix Audio website (https://polarixaudio.com/). We do not sell through any other retailers or marketplaces.
A: Each license allows installation on up to 3 computers that you personally own and use.
A: Yes. One purchase covers both Mac and Windows versions. You can download and install both from your account.
A: Yes. You are free to use Smart Fx Series in any personal or commercial music production without restriction.
A: License transfers are not currently supported. Please contact support for further assistance.
A: After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with download links and your license key. You can also verify your information and re-download anytime from your account page on our website.
A: We support VST3 and Audio Units (AU) formats. If your DAW supports these formats, you can use our plugins.
A: macOS 10.13 or later (Apple Silicon and Intel supported), Windows 10 or later.
A: Try the following:
- Verify your DAW’s plugin folder path settings
- Rescan plugins within your DAW
- Restart your computer and try again
A: We recommend using the default installation paths configured by the installer.
A: An internet connection is required for initial license activation. Once activated, you can use the plugins offline.
A: Currently, only online authorization is supported. Please ensure you have internet access during activation.
A: You can deactivate your existing activation from your account page and re-authorize on your new computer. Contact support if you encounter any issues.
A: Please check the following:
- Stable internet connection
- Firewall or security software not blocking the connection
- License key entered correctly
A: Yes. Our plugins run natively on Apple Silicon Macs. They also work under Rosetta mode.
A: No. We support 64-bit only.
A: Any DAW that supports VST3 or AU formats, including Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Cubase, FL Studio, Studio One, and more.
A: Yes. Manuals for each plugin are included with the installer.
A: We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

A: Minor version updates for purchased plugins are provided free of charge.
A: Try the following:
- Update to the latest version
- Ensure your DAW and OS are up to date
- Check for conflicts with other plugins
- Contact support if the issue persists
A: Check your audio routing and the plugin’s mix (Dry/Wet) knob. Also ensure the plugin is not bypassed.
A: Check your display scaling settings. Updating your graphics driver to the latest version may also help.
